1997 began the study of Spirituality (The Ability to Enjoy), Self-Improvement and Self-Realization under various Guides, Mentors and Gurus.

1998 was the Dawn of mentoring others as a Human Spirit Guide and Catalyst.

In 2003, I was fortunate to study under Bill Reidler, in Austin, Texas. Mr. Reidler, the founder of Global Relationship Centers in 1975, was an understudy of Adlerian Psychotherapy / Alfred Adler. I received a certificate from the GRC Coaching Program as a Certified Confidence Coach, in 2004.

2006, marked completion of The International Coach Federation CEG Coaching Program at "Coach University" in Toronto, Canada. The "Coach Motivate" practice launched, Serving Clients Locally, Nationally and Internationally.

At times, TV Commercials, Shows and Movies have portrayed Life Coaches as Drill Sergeants or as someone who tells you what to do.
Many do call me "Coach". And that is okay.
We use the term "Human Spirit Guide and Catalyst" as the direct result of working with hundreds of diverse Human Spirits. These combined life experiences have proven that each individual has their own answers within. The path to these answers can be received through various guides and catalysts.
